1) Via Credit Card - Verified 3D Secure payment to be made in full upon order checkout. 

2) Via Bank Deposit - 50% payment upon order confirmation and 50% payment upon delivery.


1) Less than 100 Sq. Ft Deck - 1 Week

2) Between 100 - 250 Sq. Ft Deck - 2 Weeks

3) Greater Than 250 Sq. Ft Deck - Receive an accurate timeline from Decklife staff


1) Sea Freight - Standard delivery times using loose cargo or LCL shipments to the US continent from Asia (Port Kelang - Malaysia) can range from 4-6 weeks. We shall provide you all shipping documents and agent contacts related to your order. We use sea freight methods predominantly for shipping entire deck kits when you place an order online.

2) Postal Services - We might use surface parcel deliveries to send replacement parts of an extremely bulky or heavy nature. i.e. max 30 kg. Waiting times may take up to 3-4 months.

3) Courier & Light Packets - Delivery times for small replacement parts will be subject to standard courier times of well-established vendors such as Fedex, Ups, Dhl, etc


Any custom duty taxes imposed on the buyers side are the responsibility of the buyer. Please call up your local customs office for more info on rates.

Most of the spare parts, skills, tools or compounds need to perform a fix on defective decks can be easily sourced in any country. We shall provide you clear instructions on how to rectify the problems and which worksmiths to engage. Simply get a fair market quote from your appropriate vendors, and leave it to us to foot the bill. Our warranty covers the re-imbursement of the fees charged by your local carpenters, welders, fabricators, paint specialists, etc. within your local vicinity.


During the course of servicing product defects where transportation charges are not limited to sea freight, air freight, postal services, courier services, road vehicles, ride-share, transporters, haulers, etc. In the event of sending items back and forth to your nearest service vendors or all the way to our Asia based production facility, the related costs (fair market) will be shared equally by both buyer and seller.


Due to the long distance proximity between buyer and seller, we are not able to accommodate cross-continent refunds or exchanges. However, we will fulfill all warranty claims highlighted in the above sections as well as providing unlimited online support via text chat, video chat or email.
