We retrofit and carefully label ALL deck components in our facility. So everything will fit exactly the same when you receive it.
Sub-frame structures are designed to be stackable to help you save on space as well as delivery charges. And for easy loading and unloading.
Deck panels are wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard and plastic bubble wrap. To ensure complete protection of deck surfaces.
Your order will be sent to your location via sea freight. Items will be stored in temporary warehouse for 2 days to allow for delivery or pick up.
EXAMPLE STEP 1: Customer receives and unpacks the deck components. Starts inspecting the labels and understand the positioning. No ground preparation necessary for relatively flat ground.
EXAMPLE STEP 2: The various labelled deck components are matched and fitted against one another. i.e. Slab footings are matched with deck frame corners and interlocks deck sub frames at same time.
EXAMPLE STEP 3: The entire deck formation takes shape. Next step is to adjust each leg elevation to achieve 100% flat deck. If more elevation is needed, concrete block risers are provided. (As seen above)
EXAMPLE STEP 4: In the last step, deck surface panels are matched against labels, and screwed on by simple tools. A 3rd and final layer of varnish is rolled on to protect against scratches and high foot traffic.
